Property layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent photograph release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing different areas of the property.
In addition to this are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
Further materials made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
